How to make waffle mix ?

What are the elements of waffle mix?
- - 4 cups of all-purpose flour
- - 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- - 2 teaspoons of salt
- - 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
Directions for making the waffle mix:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar until well combined.
- Transfer the mix to an airtight container and label it with the date and instructions for using it.
- Store the mix in a cool and dry place for up to 3 months.
Ingredients for making the waffles (per 2 cups of mix):
- - 2 cups of waffle mix
- - 2 eggs, separated
- - 1 1/2 cups of milk
- - 1/4 cup of melted butter
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Directions for making the waffles:
- Preheat your waffle maker and spray it with cooking spray or brush it with oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks, milk, butter and vanilla (if using) until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the waffle mix and stir until just moistened. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the egg whites with a spatula until incorporated.
