Cheese Pretzel Buns: the fluffy and tasty idea

Ingredients:
Cheese Pretzel Buns (makes 4 pcs):

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
  • 150 to 200 ml of water (adjustable)
  • 250 grams bread flour, 1 teaspoon salt.
  • To boil the dough:
  • 1½ liters boiling water + 1 tablespoon baking soda
Toppings:
  • 50g grated mozzarella,
  • a handful of diced smoked beef (adjustable options).
  • 1 stalk spring onion,
  • Chili powder, salt, and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix sugar, dry yeast and water.
2. Then add flour and salt, make the dough.
3. Cover the dough for about 40-60 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll them.
5. Boil the buns and then fill them.
6. Bake at 250° for 20-30 minutes.
