Cheese Pretzel Buns: the fluffy and tasty idea
Ingredients:
Cheese Pretzel Buns (makes 4 pcs):
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
- 150 to 200 ml of water (adjustable)
- 250 grams bread flour, 1 teaspoon salt.
- To boil the dough:
- 1½ liters boiling water + 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 50g grated mozzarella,
- a handful of diced smoked beef (adjustable options).
- 1 stalk spring onion,
- Chili powder, salt, and pepper, to taste
1. In a bowl mix sugar, dry yeast and water.
2. Then add flour and salt, make the dough.
3. Cover the dough for about 40-60 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll them.
5. Boil the buns and then fill them.
6. Bake at 250° for 20-30 minutes.
